bullet ITIL Version 3 Foundation Course
(3 Days)
A 3 day course aimed at those individuals or companies who are either new to ITIL or require a basic understanding of the terminology and concepts in the IT Infrastructure Library, leading to the Foundation Certificate in Service Management.   For details of the course outline click here.
bullet ISO/IEC 20000 Auditor training
(2 Days)
ITEMS was one of the first organisations to achieve accreditation to deliver the itSMF Auditor course.  (successful completion of the course leads to the ISO/IEC 20000 Auditor certificate).  For details of the course outline click here.  The Foundation Certificate in Service Management is a pre-requisite for this course.
